TESTIMONIAL
I’ve been lucky enough to have the support of Reece and the rest of the BOS team for the last four years. There was a time I was ready to give up the sport but Reece took me under his wing, welcomed me into the BOS family and I haven't looked back since.
Reece’s love and admiration for this sport and his athletes is summed up through the dedication he has to his craft and his willingness to go above and beyond for us all. One day I gave him a call needing help with my ski following a race in rough conditions. He personally came straight to the beach from the airport after being overseas and did what needed to be done an hour before I was due to race in the Open Final of the Shannon Eckstein Ironman series. This is simply one example of many ways Reece and the team go the extra mile and why I am proud to be a BOS athlete!

My love for surf sports started in the U8’s at my local club Shelly Beach, before moving to Umina in the U15’s through to opens. I have always been passionate about the education and patrol side of surf sports, where I partnered with my Dad who has always been my patrol captain.
After a rough few months training during the Covid pandemic, I decided to pursue the warmer climate and make the move to the Sunshine State. I joined Burleigh Head Mowbray Park, under the guidance of Michael King, affectionately known as Kingy. Ultimately, this move will help me pursue my goal of making the Nutri Grain Ironman Series.
Outside of the surf, I am studying a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering to one day begin my career as an Aerospace Engineer. I love keeping myself busy with a variety of projects, my most recent being, a backyard bar. When I am not in the pool or at the club, I am cheering on the Parramatta Eels, enjoying a book or having a humble beverage.
