Custom Surf Skis

I have been paddling on a BOS ski ever since 2022, and it’s been a game-changer in my development as an athlete. The ski’s performance, especially in tough surf, where it has the ability to pierce through whitewash, has given me an unbelievable amount of confidence over the last few seasons. The BOS team’s support has been incredible. From fine-tuning my craft to backing me at major races, their commitment is second to none. I first want to share how I came to paddle a BOS – Toward the end of the season, I had damaged my ski. Fortunately, my coach, Ky Hurst (who so happened to be exactly the same leg length and also loves the colour yellow) offered to lend me his ski while my ski was repaired. From the moment I jumped on and punched the first white water I knew I wouldn’t paddle anything else! Ky was generous enough to share his ski with me for the rest of the season including Aussies and up until Reece crafted my own BOS. Reece and the BOS team have relentlessly pushed design and innovation of their surf-ski. This drive to create the best possible craft instills confidence in me as an athlete that my equipment is superior to the competition. The pride and attention to detail in each BOS ski is a testament to Reece and the BOS team and something that has not wavered despite the huge demand for their craft. Reece and the team have a genuine passion for the sport and provide a future for athletes present and upcoming.

I started using BOS in 2022 and have loved everything about them. I have achieved some of my best results since owning a BOS. Reece is amazing at what he does and was so helpful throughout the process of making my ski which suits me perfectly. I have improved so much over the last 12 months of being on a BOS and highly recommend them 🙂

Since 2015, I have exclusively used Reece’s skis and haven’t ever wanted to switch to another brand. I have been working with Reece and paddling his surf skis since the launch of BOS Oceansport back in 2014.
